Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to save 37.5%. Annual billing is $5/user/month instead of $8/user/month.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limits?
You will not lose any data. You simply won't be able to create new projects or invite new members until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
