How does per-seat pricing work?
On the Pro plan, you pay $8/user/month (or $5/user/month billed annually). Every member in your organization counts as a seat. There is no base fee — you only pay for the seats you use.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to save 37.5%. Annual billing is $5/user/month instead of $8/user/month.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limits?
You will not lose any data. You simply won't be able to create new projects or invite new members until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
